Although our products have very high satisfaction among our customers, we understand that in some circumstances they will not work for all customers. Please read our guidelines below for shipping, back orders, and returns.
Upon full payment of products Mama Healthy will ship your order using the mode of delivery selected on the Site. Orders processed after 2pm PST will ship out the next business day. No delivery will be made to a post office box.
For all products destined for delivery outside United States, you will be responsible for any customs and excise charges, as well as any and all export costs.
If you are absent from the location provided to Mama Healthy for product delivery, it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products in accordance to the delivery company's policies.
Product Availability and Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. If Mama Healthy cannot deliver any product ordered because of a lack of inventory, you will be notified by e-mail.
In this event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and give you the choice of the following:
1. Holding off shipment of your entire order until the product is available,
2. Receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they are available. Note that you may incur additional shipping charges for these partial shipments.
3. Canceling the out-of-stock items. If you do not wish to receive these products you must e-mail Mama Healthy stating that you refuse delivery, in which case no charges will be applied to your credit card.
You may only return Mama Healthy products up until the 15th day after the receipt on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that this packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective). You are responsible for the risks and costs associated with shipping the product back to us, unless Mama Healthy failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product delivered is defective or damaged.
Please note that products must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days from receipt of shipment. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Mama Healthy must be approved prior to returning any merchandise. Product returns cannot be accepted after 15 days.
Defective products or damaged shipments must be notified to Mama Healthy within 24 hrs of receipt of shipment. Defective and damaged shipments must be available for inspection.
To return or exchange a product:
1.Give us a call during normal business hours or log into your account and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. You will receive an email from Mama Healthy issuing the RMA.
3. Once the RMA is issued, please ship the product back to us via certified mail or carrier and include a copy of the order if possible along with your RMA number, name, address, and phone number. This will ensure you receive the proper credit. Ship the product back to instructions provided to you by phone or email.
4. After receipt of the product (in its original packaging), we will refund the cost of the product only. There are no refunds on shipping (unless the product is defective).
5. Purchases made by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card used. Purchases made by PayPal will be credited back to the PayPal account used. Please allow 15 days for processing.
