 Mama Healthy specializes in providing you only healthy ingredients, such as our organic honey crystals (www.honeycrystals.com ) and other fruity flavored sweeteners. Our natural and organic sweeteners  are carefully formulated to provide you healthy sweetener flavors that you can use in your foods and beverages, such as natural and organic food products.

Account balances are paid monthly in full on the 15th day after the end of the month either by Paypal, Check or Wire Transfer. If the 15th day of the month falls on a weekend or on a  public holiday (United States), then payments will be made on the following business day.

Our affiliate program currently offers 20% pay-per-sale commission.

When you refer a customer that buys products from Mama Healthy and completes an order, you will get 20% of the order.

For example, if a customer places an order and the order subtotal is $100,  then your commission would be $20. The commission is based on the order subtotal which excludes shipping and any handling fees.

Any individual or company who wishes to participate can become an affiliate as long as they are not engaged in any illegal activity or operations.

We currently accept affiliates from over 150 countries and you don’t need to own your own website to promote our products. However, we do need a valid email address, phone number, and contact information so we can contact you and/or pay you earned commissions.

After you create an account with us, go to your account settings to generate your affiliate links and fill in your contact and payment information.

 We currently offer a Pay-Per-Sale (PPS) commission arrangement for our affiliate program.

Essentialy, when an affiliate sends us a customer who purchases Mama Healthy products, we pay a percentage of the sale to the affiliate.

You may only return Mama Healthy products up until the 15th day after the receipt on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that this packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective). You are responsible for the risks and costs associated with shipping the product back to us, unless Mama Healthy failed to deliver the product ordered or if the product delivered is defective or damaged.

Please note that products must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days from receipt of shipment. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Mama Healthy must be approved prior to returning any merchandise. Product returns cannot be accepted after 15 days.

Defective products or damaged shipments must be notified to Mama Healthy within 24 hrs of receipt of shipment. Defective and damaged shipments must be available for inspection.
