If your honey has crystallized...
Place the container with the honey in hot water for 15 minutes. This will help honey return back it to its liquid viscous state.
Do not heat the container with honey in the microwave as will alter its taste. Heating honey in the microwave increases its hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) content, altering its taste and potentially its beneficial properties.
To prevent honey from sticking to measuring cups and spoons, use honey that is in its liquid form or in dry form. Read more about
